have no ventilation how can you cook and keep your
cool?
That was the dilemma facing Project Coordinator Gregory Tugendhat when designing a kitchen for a new London Project.
After approaching Induced Energy Ltd., the UK’s only induction hob manufacturers, a simple but very effective solution was reached. Utilising the engineering skills and ventilation knowledge of Target Catering a marriage of technologies was formed.
The result was a Mobile Cooking Station with integrated overhead ventilation on board.
Tugendhat’s surface cooking requirements are met with a total of 8 induction rings but as each ring can accommodate 2/3 pans that’s equivalent to 24 pans – more than enough for this 34 cover Café.
“What impressed me most was the speed and controllable power that Induced Energy can deliver” says Tugendhat “and this coupled with the many safety aspects and no fumes puts Gas back into the Dark Ages” he added.
The heart of the Cooking Station is the CS3000QT a professional 4 ring – Induction Unit although any combination can be taken on board, providing the option for a single, twin, quad or multiples thereof in both table top and flush fitting styles.
