Induced Energy was founded by the late Colin Sanders in 1991 and inherited by Dr Rosie Sanders in 1998. Since then, we have continued to drive forward the magic of induction through leading developments and technology.
Induction cooking offers so much more than traditional gas cooking methods in terms of controllability, cooking time and energy cost savings. Induced Energy are committed to transforming the way chefs cook through using induction.
